Brooklyn Nets coach Jason Kidd criticized the officiating of the Eastern Conference first round series during a conference call Thursday, saying its "kind of mind-boggling" that Joe Johnson got so few foul calls in Wednesdays Game 5 loss to the Toronto Raptors. He was arrested in January 2012 on charges of falsifying his identity that were later dropped. Major League Baseball suspended him for three weeks. Last year, he was 6-13 with a 4.89 ERA for Tampa Bay, and he is 59-82 with a 4.67 ERA over eight seasons overall, seven with the Cleveland Indians. Hernandez gives the Phillies depth on their staff.
